Eighth competitions for grants from the Government of the Russian Federation

In 2020 the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia announced the 8th edition of the  competition for «mega-grants». The competition is held as part of the National Project «Science». The Government of the Russian Federation allocated grants of up to 90 million rubles each to conduct scientific research over the period  between 2020 and 2022.

Participants of the competition were Russian universities and scientific organizations in collaboration with foreign or Russian leading scientists occupying commanding positions in specific areas of studies.
