Leading scientist's research interests:

• Synthesis and characterization of fluorinated monomers, telomers and copolymers; 
• Cross-linking of fluorinated copolymers;
• Synthesis of fluorinated surface-active substances (particularly alternatives to   perfluorooctanoic acid and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid that have the capability to bioaccumulate, are toxic and durable), fluoroelastomers, fluoropolymers/nanofiller nanocomposites and materials for power engineering (mainly membranes of fuel cells (proton, alkaline and quasi-anhydrous) as well as solvents and polymer electrolytes for Li-ion batteries, electrically active, piezoelectric and photogalvanic films).
