It is an important priority for our laboratory to train a new generation of young Russian researchers who will be able to comply with standards of «Western science», to create independent scientific products and participate in competitions for funding from both Russian and foreign foundations and investment companies. Another – not much less important – priority is increasing quality of scientific research and education programs in Earth studies.
